It does not answer the question as to why the boss has to sign in three times before the operating system opens up. Cheers Wendy Re: PAYG tax incorrect Just letting you know that we went through the process which you recommended several times when we found the errors. The errors only occurred to employees who had overtime assigned to them. The salary employees had the correct amount of tax taken each time. I have just gone in to the tax category and on a thought clicked on the exempt button – low and behold the overtime has been ticked as exempt. We did not go in and change this category on any of our employees and this problem has only happened since the automatic upgrade. On another matter we do have problems concerning the logging onto the system. Since the upgrade sometimes some users have the box ticked so they don’t need a password – so I go back in and tick the box so they have to use a password. Quite often this automatically reverts back to no password required and then I have to physically go in and tick the box again. My boss who is the administrator has to sign in three times before she can access the MYOB files. PAYG tax incorrect Hello, since doing the latest upgrade in MYOB Accountright our PAYG tax amounts have been incorrect. I have to manually change them each week to reflect the correct amount of tax to the employee. Can anyone shed any light on this matter and maybe help me to figure out what the problem is please :) CMN.ATO.PAYEVNTEMP.000389 Hello, I know that you are aware of the problems associated with the above error code and you are working on fixing it. Can you tell us will you be advising us when the problem is fixed so that we can then start sending our reports to the ATO. Cheers Wendy
