Payroll stuffup and no bank feeds (Anz at least). Re: Attach Receipts to General Journal Entries Hi, I have aSupplier set-up for each employee who is entitled to reimbursements and a reimbursement clearing account for each . When a receipt is received it is treated as a 'bill' against the employee's supplier account (create a new bill from the intray), or process the bill then link the receipt from the intray. Based on yourreimbursement cycle you can then 'clear' the reimbursement accounts by processing a spend money transaction against the appropriate bank account. Hope this helps ...... geoff Re: Subscription Hello Seeoex, Yes you can use the desktop but not STP reporting, despite having used it for the past 13months without extra fees. Myob is exploiting its user base. Myob is owned by a foriegn investment company with one interest only maximising profit, it will suck the Myob user base dry then move onto it's next company to eatup then spit out. Re: Subscription Hello Neil, You appear to keep dodging the question. If STP reporting was available in the desktop version previously why does a user have to use the online version now. Why can't they continue as they have in the past. Let say your 2001 Toyota is still totally operational and suits your needs perfectly, you happily drive it everywhere within the traffic regulations. Then Toyota releases a new model with lane control. Would you think it fair if Toyota rendered the steering in your existing vehicle unusable and insisted you by the latest model with lane control? I think not. No matter how often you respond with the company STP spiel presenting it over &over again does not make it ethical or fair. Re: Subscription Hi CK3071, I'm currently putting a letter together to go to the Small Business & Family Enterprise Ombudsman Kate Carnell to see if the ombudsman can take a look into the circumstance where a major supplier of accounting software to both micro and small business uses a Fed Gov introduced law (STP) as a means by which to force its software users into costly subscriptions through upgrades that areunnecessary to the operational requirements of many of it's desktop product users. Add to this actions by the software service provider that appear to be aimed at frustrating attempts to use 3rd partyintegrated software to allow users to continue to used their desktop versions. It's terrible behaviour. Re: Subscription Hi Capricorn, I'm not sure when you moved to AR Cloud, though there is a cooling off period within which you can ask for a refund - Neil may not have mentioned this as he did know when you started the subscription. Remember just because Myob says they do not refund partial subscriptions, this does not make it LAW. Always explore the various options available to you. You can contact the Small Business & Family Enterprise Ombudsman. Cheers ....... geoff Re: Statement: Add option to preview before printing/emailing This is a must have!!!!!!!! Re: Online invoice: Reminders - customise text Yes, current wording is far to strident and clients take offence, Re: Bank Feed Delay Just clarify, I'm looking for yesterday's transactions (17th). Geoff Re: Bank Feed Delay Hayden, Zilch, nothing! Checked bank & there are definitely ANZ trans to download ! This all becoming a bit more than silly! Geoff
