So where has the original money gone for approx. 2 weeks prior to your action? In my opinion the MYOB Clearing House system is a debacle and how are we expected to have future confidence in it? Jane Hume, Minister for Superannuation, Financial Services and the Digital Economy. It's easy to do via the Treasury Dept. website. Clearly MYOB, SuperChoice and possibly the Banking System have failed here, all areas she has responsibility for. "Sorry about the impact" doesn't help at all. We have wages, bills and taxes to pay - how are we supposed to do this when you just take unauthorised significant amounts of money from our Banks. Furthermore how do the the Banks allow this? I have been advised that the "double up" debist was made by SuperChoice without using their required Company ID number. This has happened to me today as well - SuperChoice is the Clearing House involved in my case. Is this same Clearing House in your case? I have taken this up with my Bank and asked Superchoice to respond to me urgently. We are forced to use Clearing Houses and yet it appears that neither MYOB nor the Banks have control over them - very concerning! Re: MYOB Super Paid Twice after confirming details. This problem is not solved and I have had this happen to me today for a large amount taken twice by SuperChoice. This is not good enough - I have contacted my Bank who have advised me that funds were taken today by SuperChoice without a correct Company ID number. What is going on??
