They tried to be very helpful, but just giving the same steps as above. They wanted me to add MYOB to my trusted sites, however, why can I successfully login using a different user name. but my email address login that has worked every day for 15 years suddenly has a problem? I wasn't convinced, so I phoned my IT service provider (external). They have been inundated with clients having this problem today. He took over my computer and changed my password (which I had already done and it didn't help). But he also selected Download History and Form Data on the Delete Browsing History step. This time it worked and I am logged in. However, he warned me not to log out today in case it happens again. MYOB have big problems. Good luck everyone. I am still getting the Script Error and think I might have to try phoning them, but unfortunately past experience for me is being on hold for over 2 hours before I even get to speak to anyone. Then getting transferred around and finally they hang up. Must be their business model now - if in doubt, hang up. They used to have wonderful tech support, but no longer. However, if I change the email address to something else and click next it takes me to the next screen wanting a password!! Weird. I have cleared my cache, deleted temporary files, and deleted the contents of the file in General Internet Options as recommended in other posts. I need to process my payroll today. And we can successfully do the Check Payroll Details in the Payroll Reporting area. No errors there either. For for us it appears to be a problem with Sending to the ATO and looking at the Payroll Reporting Centre and checking the ABN for Suppliers. And I would hope that MYOB are addressing this seriously and will release a new update soon to rectify these problems. Not really fair to release an update that creates this much havoc with your customers. We have latest Windows updates and are running Windows 8.1 which meets your system requirements. So if MYOB is saying that the problem lies with everyone's version of Windows, that must be because something in 2022.8 created the problem. In addition to STP reporting not working I am also finding that the ABN check for suppliers is not working. When entering the ABN for a supplier or looking at an existing supplier's ABN I receive an error message saying "Warning. We couldn't check the ABN for you. Please try again later." I have also only noticed this problem over the past week or so - since MYOB update 2022.8 was installed. As per your post, I can confirm that we are using Windows 8.1 Pro (meets your system requirements) (see attached). Windows Updates are set to install automatically. I also manually installed the latest update this morning (see attached). I have attached our Diagnostic Logs for the day that the latest 2022.8 MYOB update was installed, another for the first time I had the error preventing me from Sending to the ATO and preventing me from even looking at the Payroll Reporting Centre, and another Log from today after I manually installed the latest Windows update. I run Windows 8.1 and I am getting this error message when trying to connect to the Payroll Reporting Centre. And others are using later versions and still getting the error. Obviously not a Windows issue. Please release an update to fix this MYOB problem. I need our IT administrator to assist with any upgrades, but this needs approval - so not straightforward for me. However, I process payroll payments in MYOB regularly and everything has been fine using this version of Windows. And I can see from earlier posts that people are using Windows 10 Pro and are still having the same error. I successfully sent a pay run to the ATO on 16 Sept, and the next time I processed a pay run was 21 Sept when this error came up. Could it be related to your latest update 2022.8? Hopefully your team can figure this out quickly. Re: Cant submit STP report to ATO nor connect to Payroll Reporting Centre We are also getting this "Something went wrong at our end" error message when connecting to Payroll Reporting Centre and sending payroll to the ATO. Phoned MYOB a few days ago - overseas call centre - spoke to 3 different people - was on phone for almost 2 hours (mostly on hold) and then got cut off. MYOB used to have brilliant tech help over the phone. So disappointing. Will have to try phoning again today but I have no faith in getting this fixed. My workaround is using the browser version to "send to ATO". Not good enough MYOB!
