It's more than 12 months siraised the request to be able to use allocate CATEGORY to sales in MYOB online. Recurring transactions can't be used on line if they are pre-saved with a CATEGORY, new Invoices can't be created if in settings CATEGORY is set as required - so basically MYOB online is unusable, without changing settings. My bank has been charged so I know that is not the issue, and when I log in to my MYOB account, it also shows that an invoice hasn't been issued since December 2021. How do we get this resolved please, I can't reconcile my January or February end of month with out it.
