After waiting an hour on hold I was answered then told I would put through to an expert. I then waited another whole hour on hold so I hung up. One of my super payments processed on the 25/05/20 shows a status "funds requested". I called one of the Super funds directly and received confirmation the payment was received. How can I change the Status?
