I notice an advertised problem with telephone support and a lengthy wait to get through. WHAT'S NEW? Situation normal. Re: Disappearing wages payments Hi Genreve This appears to be the problem. The employee payment method was entered as "electronic" rather than Cash. The transaction suggested to move the pay runs from the electronic clearing account into the bank account - "Prepare Electronic Payments" asks me to Download Bank File as the action to take. This makes sense, I think. If I select this, one would hope that the payments will then feature in my Reconcile Account. Is this the correct path to follow? Re: Disappearing wages payments Me again Genreve I am truly disappointed to report that this suggested fix has done absolutely nothing to rectify the missing payments problem I have when trying to reconcile our bank account. I followed your instructions to the letter. Same problem exists. What next? Re: Disappearing wages payments Good morning Genreve Before I embark upon your suggested path, can anyone explain to me precisely why this happened and whether or not taking this path will rectify the problem which exists right now? I have now paid this employee three times and her wages payments definitely appear in Transactions with all relevant attributions to PAYG and Superannuation. However, the payments do not get a mention when I attempt to reconcile the bank account. I don’t see the point in trying to just repair past faults if they are only going to be repeated in the future. Some direction, please. Disappearing wages payments Okay. It is now six days since I made a request for support regarding wages payments which do not feature in Banking reconciliation. I have heard absolutely nothing from anybody. I think enough is enough. I did manage a short time ago today to get an alleged human on the other end of a chat window after convincing the idiot AI that it could not help me. I had not responded in two minutes so they left. Great. Enough really is enough now. Six days is a very long time. Has anybody out there got a way I can contact someone who will provide support? SolvedDisappearing wages payments Good afternoon everybody I have sought tech help yesterday but have received nothing since then from anyone apart from acknowledgement that I have done so. I started a new employee two weeks ago on weekly wages. I have paid her on two occasions now through Payroll. Neither of these transactions display in Bank Reconciliation whilst all other employees payments do display. Has anyone any idea what is happening here? I will be looking to complete reconciliation of this account very shortly but will have some trouble without these payment details appearing in banking records. And, I want to know why this is happening. The stream of constant challenges presented by this platform are wearing my patience very thin. So much for the now infamous "upgrade". Re: Invoices: Multiple customer names Great to see that I've been inundated with helpful suggestions by MYOB here. Two years ago and still this is a problem. Just rearrange the field sizes people. Cloud Storage for MYOB Business I would like to know precisely where cloud storage for MYOB Business data is maintained. Security of Australian sovereignty is paramount to our Professional Indemnity Insurance requirements. Your confirmation will be important, thank you. Invoices: Multiple customer names Essentials Invoicing currently allows for only one person's contact details to be entered on invoice. We deal primarily with property transfers which now very often contain two distinctly differently named people, and sometimes of a different address, although this is less common. Legal documents, such as these which we produce, must contain full legal names. Hence, the capacity for multiple names to appear on an invoice (without having to resort to tricks) would be very helpful. We also would not want to accused of discrimination against social minorities or those who do not adhere to older social norms like "married names" and notions of similar nature. But, really, I just want to be able to enter multiple parties to an invoice, for whatever reason, without having to perform sleight of hand. "'Multiple Contacts on Invoices"
