Good to see that MYOB takes things on board in a timely manner. Re: New Customer card - set default designation as Individual I know how to change it for individual cards. I'm asking to set the default to "Individual" from "Company" for Customer Cards instead of having to change it each time we enter a new customer who more often is not a company. Re: New Customer card - set default designation as Individual Thank you for just telling me what I already know. You haven't answered the question, which is whether the default can be changed. New Customer card - set default designation as Individual I'm not the first person to ask this. Is there any way at all to change the default customer card designation to Individual instead of Company. I'm sure we aren't the only business that deals with more people than other businesses. Is there any plan to implement this? SolvedRe: Sales: In Tray - attach documents Princess, Thanks, you have just told us all what we already know. Users have been asking for this solution for 8 years and no decent response from MYOB. We had to put up with that stupid Outlook pop up that no one asked for, but something that has numerous requests and would be a valuable resource is ignored. Re: Error -4077: You have sales for this item. Thanks Sai Re: Error -4077: You have sales for this item. Hey Sai, Serial# last 4 digits: 6572 Company file id: 1 Thanks Danielle Error -4077: You have sales for this item. I am trying to upload new pricing after manufacturers' increases and getting the above error. Can someone please run the script over our data file as I have numerous uploads to do? SolvedRe: Sales: In Tray - attach documents We would use a Sales In tray to attach scanned quote workings, floorplans, etc to the specific sale, instead of keeping paper copies on file forever. Yes, you can save to the customer card, but when you do multiple transactions each month with the same customer, it makes much more sense to connect to the sale transaction.
