If you read my initial query, you will see that all info was entered and it disappeard overnight. I entered info into multiple cards and as such had to click OK on all the cards that were re-updated in order to move on to next card. First off, why would DOB and address info that's been sitting in employee cards for years disappear overnight? Has MYOB received any other queries like this or is this the first time you are hearing of address and DOB info disappearing from employee cards? It would be great to hear from an MYOB moderator who has actually heard of this issue in the past. How do I lodge a complaint? Dear MYOB, please advise how I can lodge a complaint. The service we have received recently has been so unhelpful and incorrect.We receive different answers from different people and we still do not have a clear answer.I am surprised that a company as large as MYOB does not have a more professional team that actually tries to help.We are paying for a service that we are not receving. I have been on chat for hours over the last two days and the staff are not trying to help, they keep transferring me to other staff. I have saved all chat info with times I was chatting to various team members (allegedly) and I would like to know why they kept transferring me, not answering questions and then ignoring me.I have tried calling MYOB and have been disconnected twice after being on hold for over 20 minutes. Date of Birth disappearing from employee cards Whilst processing payroll I noticed some employee cards were missing date of birth (DOB) info. I re-entered birth dates for any that were missing however upon logging in the next day, I noticed these DOBs were once again missing. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I have attached a screen shot to show what I'm talking about. We have a timesheet system that imports timesheets into MYOB when we process payroll, could this be the issue? We have staff who aren't in the timesheet system who are also affected though. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance all. Personal leave duplicating for staff receiving first aid allowance For any staff receiving a first aid allowance, their Personal Leave acrrual for that payroll cycle is doubling up. Example: if I enter 76 hours pay, the normal personal leave accrual calculates. If I enter 76 hours of first aid allowance as well for same employee, their personal leave accrual is doubling. I am looking through the card set up for Personal Leave and other areas in payroll and can't see where info is incorrect. Can someone please provide direction as to where the issue may lie?
