I have been trying to signup to paysuper for almost 2 weeks now. Pointless calling the helpdesk, its a NO HELPDESK, 90mins wait now and the call disconnects at the end of the wait. I'm about to abandon and go to another super cleaning house, this is aweful software. I was able to compete my sign up for paysuper. Thank you. And this morning I had the verifcation code in my bank account. However, when I add the verification code in the verification code window I get the following message. I don't know of any file. I just log into myob with my admin email ( sales@*.com.au) and try and use this same account to manage the super payments. Re: Whoops, we've hit a snag - Paysuper Hi, I’m not at my computer so can't send screen shot, it's right at the end of setup, it shows the screen where it's telling you they will send small amount to your bank account when this "whoops we hit a snag" error screen comes up.
