Yesterday, I updated the fund & USI to Australian Retirement Trust (previously Sunsuper) for this 1 employee. I cancelled the previous super payment and reprocessed the payment yesterday afternoon. This afternoon all of the funds have been debited from our bank account so I assume it has worked this time! Hopefully, the funds reach the various super funds by 28 April (noting Anzac Day public holiday coming up) so no late penalties! It is pretty poor that the original Sunsuper payment is not flagged as a problem with the red cross when you go to process the super payment. We are paying over 50 employees into multiple funds (over 10) so it is very hard to pinpoint the issue to 1 superfund PMCPenwrote: Hi Melisa I read about SunSuper changing their name and 1 of the employees was with them. Re: Re: Still processing super payment Hi Melisa, No - the funds haven't been debited from our account as yet despite the payment being processed last Thursday 7th April which is now over 5 business days! I managed to finally get through to your help desk after a very long waiting time and they advised that there were no problems with my super payment. Myob's own website advises if the payment has not been deducted from the bank account within 3 business days, there is an issue and to contact the help desk. I am therefore sceptical that there are no issues! Re: Re: Still processing super payment I have the same issue - Myob has been processing my super payment since 7 April 2022.
