We currently use H for Office Staff, P for Permanent Part Time, and C for Casuals. As we have over 300 staff and they are all paid on different days it is so much easier to select the identifier and process that payrun of the particular group rather than having to upload ALL staff. We would use it as we are on the desktop but it would be quicker. Regards Mona Miller Supplier Invoices entered via the Web Browser When entering the Supplier Invoices via the Web Browser and selecting recurring it is painful that we have to scroll through all our suppliers select the supplier and then scroll all the way down to the bottom to prefill. Surely MYOB can have a quicker system to select the supplier. Maybe just type in the supplier name and enter to select? It would be so much faster and after all that is what the Web Browser is there for. Regards Mona Miller Promise Date on Supplier Invoices within the Web Browser It would be a great help if we could add the promise date to a Supplier Invoices on the Web Browser. Entering Supplier invoices via the Web Browser is very quick however with all the scheduling of the payments each week we need this to be functional. It can be done off the Web Browser but not on the Web Browser which means that we have to have both versions open and then add the promise date after we have saved the invoice on the Web Browser. Regards Mona Miller Re: Payroll: Child Support Protected Earnings I see on two community posts regarding setting up the Child Support Protected Earnings amount in Australia that MYOB has decided to ignore the requests of their clients. Surely after 11 years since this post on August 2013 you would have considered the request as being necessary. You have introduced the ability to send information to the ATO, Services Australia via a portal but not capable of creating this minor fix. Current Status:Open Last Changed:August 2013 Thanks for the fantastic idea. We would love for other users to vote and leave further comments. Re: Payslip bouncing back Hello Leneth The email address is - Regards Mona Miller Payslip bouncing back Hello I have another employee that is not receiving his payslips. Can someone please contact me regarding having this checked on the Blacklist. Mona Payroll Categories appearing that we did not create We upgraded our MYOB today and we now have a number of payroll categories that we did not make. Has anyone else had issues or does anyone know how we find out who and when they were created (see attachment). Our payroll YTD report does not match the ATO YTD. Regards Mona Email of payslip not being received by employee We have another employee that has stopped receiving his payslip for the past two weeks. MYOB fixed the problem previously when another employees email address was on the MYOB blacklist. I need to have someone contact me so I can send the email address that I am having the issue with. Re: Bounce@apps.myob.com Thank you for fixing our email issue. This was the first I had heard of a Blacklist in the MYOB - it may be something that all users need to be aware of. Re: Bounce@apps.myob.com The instructions still have not worked. - See below the email that has been received back from bounce@apps.myob.com Received 07:38 AM 28/08/23 Sorry, email delivery was unsuccessful.
