I tried to remove and only use the amount, but it populates the unit cost with the amount figure. Re: Inventory value must be zero error Thank yougavin12345 Re: Inventory value must be zero error Hi Earl, I followed instructions on "Error: non-zero value" link you sent me and have tried to adjust inventory and I am getting the same error as yesterday. Last night, the GM added one unit of inventory to each of the items that we were receiving the error on so that he could push through the WO's. We now have MYOB showing 1 unit of stock for a handful of items, when there is no stock. I am trying to adjust inventory to bring quantity to nil, as well as value. Is this error due to the fact that there are 4 decimal places on the unit cost but only 2 decimal places on the amount column? As you can see, I am trying to reduce amount by unit cost, which should bring it to nil. Re: Inventory value must be zero error Hi Earl, I am receiving an error when trying to open the first link provided. Inventory value must be zero error Hi, We are having issues building items, as we are getting the error "if you have no items on hand, the value of your inventory must be zero". We are not sure why we are seeing this error? The build is using 100% of items on hand and the dollar amount in the build matches the inventory value. So, tecnically, the value should be zero after build. Screenshots attached. Recorded Purchase Error Hi, We are needing to delete a payment off a purchase invoice, however, we are gettig this error message. Why does it not let us delete this payment? Is there a way around this to unallocate the payment? SolvedInventory value Hi, We were wondering where MYOB pulls the standard cost from? We build this product. The cost for us to build is $138.72, however, when MYOB creates the auto-build it is using the standard cost amount, which is incorrect. Thanks Re: Inventory value incorrect There is currently no stock, so no value. Prior to the last sale, the value was incorrect. Re: Inventory value incorrect The screen shot has been provided twice previously. It shows the current value at $7516.39. This is incorrect. It should be $1,617.94. Re: Inventory value incorrect Hi Doreen, I am not concerned about the negative value. The total value of the item is incorrect. It is showing that the item value is $7516.39. when it should be $1617.94.
