Unfortunately there isn't tracking on the request email at the moment. But within an hour of the employee submitting their online form, an employee card will be created for them in your AccountRight company file. You can open the card to check their submitted details (Card File command centre > Cards List > Employee tab > click to open the employee's card). Once their card is in AccountRight, you can check details liketheir personal and contact details on theProfiletab and their bank details on thePayment Detailstab. Emergency contact details will be added to theNotesfield on theCard Detailstab. If their card isn't in AccountRight, it's because they haven't completed the form. If the employee hasn't received the email I would get them to check their spam folder. Hope this helps, Ron Re: Remittance HiKylieRyan, the Download PDF button only downloads in zip file format. This is so you can download mutliple remittances at once. Once you open the zip file you can access the PDFs. It would be better though if the software recognised when you only want to download one remittance and downloaded it in PDF format - I'll pass that on as a suggested product improvement. In the meantime, if you just want to download one remittance in PDF format: Click the Reference no of the remittance you want to download Click Send remittance advice. In Remittance advice,select the option to Download as PDF and then click Download PDF.
