Regards Andrea 'ALLOW' every Email to be sent Hi, When we send payslips or remittence advices we are asked to "Allow" everyone individually. This has just started happening today, 14/12/22. Yesterday they all went through one after the other. It has also stopped including our Business Signature. Is there a probram we need to update to make this a faster process please? When we tried the previous download on Friday it said it had expried, however we have now been able to record the payrun thanks, so all good. Re: Unable to record pay run Hi Sam, I have been unable toupload my file and have been on the phone for one hour trying to get assistance. When I try to upload it, a message pops up saying we need a Current Account Right Live subscription. I believe we do have a valid subscriptiuon as we are using SIngle Touch Payroll and have been recording pays in that file for the last 3 months. I have also uploaded the file before, but because we use it locally, the file online is not up to date. My wait time on the phone is now 110 minutes!!! I am very frustrated, please help. It actually doesn't come up with an error. We can enter the payrun as normal and check it on Verification Report. Then when we press Record pays it goes to the usual screen whcih shows you how many pays have been recorded and the value of the payrun, however the totals are all zero.
