ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsSales: Different sale types - Service or item Does anyone agree with me that invoicing in LiveAccounts is severely lacking options????? The stock standard invoice in 4 syle types isn't good enough. I would like to see:- 1. a choice between sales of goods invoices & service invoices 2. an ability to add text boxes & add text to it 3. changing the font size in certain places within the invoice 4. changing the address on the invoice to the postal address & not residential address What do other people think????? Due to the fact that I can't get an invoice done to suit my needs I have resorted to keeping my MYOB AccountRight data file open, continuing to create new invoices in it, processing invoice receipts in it & then printing statements from it. I then have to code the same invoice receipts in LiveAccounts to 'Accounts Receivable' & do a jnl once a mth or so to bring in the sales totals into LiveAccounts. Tedious, I know, but this is what I will do until the invoice module of LiveAccounts is improved on. thank you for your time. Christine "Invoicing in LiveAccounts needs to be improved!!!!" Report: CashFlow statement I need to run off a cashflow statement report in LiveAccounts & you can't. The best I can do is aP&L mthly on cash basis or print off a bank trans report mthly. But either way I will still need to enter the data separately on say an excel spreadsheet. I need to show that my client can meet repayments on new equipment they want to lease. I would have thought seeing that a cashflow statement report is bank oriented, that it wouldn't be hard to have it set up without too much trouble? thank you "Cashflow statement in LiveAccounts" Re: Customer Statement Data sorry, the customer statements issues I raised was for MYOB Essentials. thanks again Re: Customer Statement Data Hi there, I think my query has been raised many times before. The customer statements are so under-developed!!!! - where is my logo that I have uploaded & can see on the invoices but not on statements? - would like payment details to also show up on the statements to customers? - no real choice of styles of statements to use? this should really be attended to, would have thought it wouldn't be too much to ask. thanks
