I am the only one in the business who uses MYOB. Can you think of anything else it might be? Originally my MYOB file got locked because it needed to be activated with the 12 digital confirmation codes and it took me a while to work out how to get the code online, see below https://help.myob.com/wiki/display/GEN/Activating+and+confirming+older+MYOB+products#expand-Whatifmyfileislocked Once it was all unlocked and activated with the 12-digit code, it only allowed me read-only access and I can't change the read-only access, so I need help with that. Also yes I did get a message saying congratulations and then went to enter some transactions but was stopped as it had become read-only. Hope that all made it a bit clearer Thanks Davina Accounting Right v19 is stuck in read-only I have an old version and I used to phone MYOB to get confirmation codes. This service is no longer available so I had to activate my company file in an online help area created for older MYOB products to gain a confirmation code. After finally getting my file confirmed and activated I now can't get it out of read-only. Can someone please help as I need to run the year-end accounts. Will I need to send my serial number etc to someone to help please?
