Previous versions retained month of last transaction "upgrade 2013 dates harder to enter" Re: AccountRight 2013.3 update now available You have to love MYOb, they take a perfectly good version (19), supposedly upgrade it to give us all these great improvements which we dont want. Build this new and improved version which is a dog to use, doesnt perform, is full of bugs. Than charge us to fix their faulty software. What they should be doing is giving us free maintenance for a year to make up for the problems caused. Instead they will up the cover cost for next year. If I took my car in to get a upgrade from a V6 to a V8, and it came back as dodgy as MYOB did, the mechanic would have to pay to fix it, not me the client. Every update they give us at the moment is for performance updates, yet it still performs worse than version 19 ever did. From the comments above why would you upgrade as you will loose a day trying to get the product to work, I had this with one of the 2012 updates, and the help desk people sorted it, but even they admitted it was a dodgy product. Re: I have Accountright and want to send a client an email with a copy of each outstanding invoice. Definite great idea, nothing worth than at end of month having to send client 4 seperate emails
