Super payment status still at 'Processing payment' status
Hi, I made a super payment early last week but it still showing in the Super payments screen as 'Processing payment'. The payment itself has come through the bank feed & it was auto allocated. Any reason why it hasn't gone to 'Completed' status? This will be the third problem I am reporting in a span of 2 weeks. Previous issues related to bank feeds & invoices. Regards Nicky
