POOR SERVICE !!
Hey team, Not sure if this post will be even worth sending as I don't feel MYOB cares much about customer service. I have also sent an email. Love wasting my time when trying to run a business. I have been trying for weeks and weeks to get my account set up for online payments and each time I call I get met with the person I'm trying to contact being convenientlyunavailable. When I email her she also doesn'trespond. The team member's name is Sade Williams. I'm at a point where I'm ready to leave MYOB and go to a competitor based on my bad experience and by the looks of your customer's complaints online customer service is seriously lacking. Getting promises that I will get a call back from team members Chan is also insulting when you never do. Just be honest and say we couldn'tgive two stuffs, so you may or may not get a call back. Paying for a service I can't utilise is just bloody fantastic! Especially when I have no cash flow based on not being able to invoice. Hi guys, when I run the above report, description of transactions is not populating for service invoices. Account number is correctly showing but description field is empty.
