Journal entry dates
Why is the default general entry date As at today’s date as virtually no journals I dated on the day they prepared. The date should be either the last date used as they are normally done at month or year end.. or if this is not possible to have no default at all forcing the user to enter the correct journal date for each entry
Item No will not print on Purchase Order
Hi I can not seem to get the item numbers to print on the Purchase Order's. So our suppliers are always phoning for the code. I have read a few forums but can't understand how to clear the cache as suggested. I have attached copies of the problem to this query. Can someone from MYOB Support please help me. Thank you. Hayley
Pay Super duplicate error - unable to pay
Hi, An full time employee left the company and has returned as a a casual years later. So, I created a new employee record for them. They still had the same super number. The error message that an employee has the same super number occurred. I can't pay their super through the clearing house. I had previously 1. Changed the name on the old card 2. Made the old card inactive Since then I have Changed the Super number on the old card Made the old card active and then inactive I have done this both online and on the desktop version of Accountright Plus Nothing I have done has managed to get through this error message. What do I have to do to get Accountright to process the super for the new card?

Unable to send sales invoices
I'm receiving the below error message when trying to send sales invoice to clients; "Your business verification is incomplete, and invoice share functionality has been restricted. Contact us to complete verification and restore functionality." I have submitted a support ticket and yet to receive a reply - is the email even monitored?

Hi, we have recently started using MPower to enter jobs and control inventory. When invoicing through MPower and exporting to MYOB how do you keep track of what's going in a cost centre if there is no cost centre in MPower. Hide unmatched transactions on web browser
I know it has been asked about and discussed previously, but MYOB seriously need to do something about not being able to hide unmatched transactions on the web browser. Surely if it could be done on the desktop version of AccountRight, then it can't be too difficult to give users the same options on the web browser. Hi Team. Currently I am using AccountRight Premier but want to downgrade to Account right Plus. I don't use multicurrency and stock.- Is there anything else i should be aware of. As we do Job Costing, and attach some big files to the jobs, my question is how do MYOB charge for data use.
