How can I set a default Packing Slip template when Orders are printed under Setup → Preferences?
I am trying to work out how to set a specific customised Packing Slip template as the default form that prints automatically when Orders are printed using the “Automatically Print Packing Slips When Orders Are Printed” option in Setup → Preferences. I can select my customised Packing Slip under Customise Forms, but I cannot see any option to set it as the default form for this automated printing process. Could you please advise how to assign a customised Packing Slip as the default template used when Orders are printed? I have realised and error, an old employee was deduced a small amount each week in their payroll, although being under 18, total amount of $43. As the employee was STP finalised and finished employment in 2025, what do i do from here? Using MYOB AccountRight to reconcile 21420 – PAYG Withholding Payable. I Reconciled through November successfully, after which November continued to show in “Cleared Charges” on printed reconciliation reports for the following months To try and repair; after undoing reconciliations back to June, November still appears as “Cleared Charges” on printed reconciliation reports. However, November payroll PAYG transactions do NOT appear on the Reconcile Accounts screen, as if they don't exist. The November PAYG entries do exist in the GL and hit the correct account. Has anybody come across an issue recently where hours have been added to somebody's standard pay where they previously had 0? I thought it was just some new starters had been set up incorrectly but some older staff have been changed as well. The description for the Payroll Advice report says "For the selected payroll date range...." however it only returns pays processed in the period selected. Our last pay run was for the period 06/02 - 12/02 which was processed and paid on 13/02. If I run the report for the last pay period it shows me the pay advices for the previous week (30/01 - 05/02) as they were generated on 06/02. I've only discovered this after using MYOB for 6 years because we had issues with payroll last week and have processed some adjustments which have been paid this week and when I try to run a report to ensure that the total payroll matches what we expect there are variances.2Views0likes0CommentsChange of primary contact
I have been trying for over a week to get someone to respond to my email regarding change of primary contact for my business. I successfully changed the Account right access and contact details but I can not get any action for changing the MYOB business payroll only access and primary contact details changed. I’ve sent 4 emails, and a complaint and still no response. I need to access payroll for obvious reasons. The former contact/ administrator is no longer available to assist. Is there any other option other than mailto:customer_service@myob.com I’ve tried phoning but they won’t talk to me because I’m not the primary contact but I can’t change that because no one will get back to me after I’ve sent the paperwork in 3 times to change this.
