MYOB Academy Log In Error
There seems to be an error when logging into MYOB Academy. Error messages saying too many redirects and could not upgrade oauth token appear - see attached screenshots. I've tried clearing cookies on multiple browsers and devices, which makes no difference. So it must be a MYOB problem with the website. Hi since the recent 2025.2.1.9 update I can no longer use my left hand keyboard Tab Key function button when entering a date on either an invoice or a quote. You now have to manually type your date in then move the Mouse cursor to enter in further information. When you have multiple entries this is extremely time consuming!! We've received an email about verifying our business for secure invoicing. We don't use any of the online invoicing options and have no plans to. Do we still need to go through the verification process? By verifying will there be any changes to our invoice setup? I have just created an invoice with this function an noticed that the GST doesn't round, it just drops off the extra digit. For example, $1,902.08 is the ex-gst amount and Solo show GST of $190.20 instead of rounding $190.21 which is what other program do. My invoice needed to match one that came to me to pass on and it is out by 1 cent, doesn't sound like much but still concerns me. Hi all, Is anyone else having issues with superannuation authorisation codes coming through today? Trying to process staff super payments for this period but no code has been sent. Have been waiting over 20 mins and they usually send the SMS instantly. Currently there's only a field to enter a description of the product of service and the field is limited to 255 characters. It would be ideal if you could have a separate "title" and "description" box with a higher character limit. This would allow a more in depth description of the service that was provided. I've had to shorten the description of one of my services to fit within the character limit. I am trying to do the bank rec today 3rd April 2025. I want to reconcile to EOFY 31 March 2025. I enter the statement date and hit reconcile. The report is created the account is reconciled and they all say 03/04/2025. So does this mean you can only reconcile on the actual day? How ridiculous. This needs to be fixed. What is the point of having a statement date if you are not going to use it. Look forward to hearing from you.
