MYOB invoice e-mail transparency.
On the 20th of the 1st, I created and sent an invoice with a payment date of two weeks. There's no log of the client opening the first e-mail. The invoice log shows that on the 31st of the 1st the invoice was e-mailed again, which was immediately read by the client. This wasn't sent by me, as I have no two-factor authentication e-mail from that day. Why did MYOB send the e-mail a second time, 11 days later? Is it possible that there was an error on MYOB's end, and the first e-mail never sent, so the system has picked that up and tried to quietly rectify the issue?2Views0likes0CommentsHow to reconcile payments that my clients have made directly through MYOB
How to reconcile payments that my clients have made directly through MYOB Hi, A few of my customers pay directly through myob and myob automatically receipts those invoices but when i go to bank feeds i cannot match the payments as it does not show any invoice numbers or reference relating to those invoices, and I can't just allocate it as my understanding of this then will create a duplicate transaction, so please advise how do i match these sort of payment paid directly through myob? i will need to match and allocate all from bank feeds in order to then do the bank reconciliation3Views0likes0CommentsCannot sign in
Hi, for two days now I have been unable to sign in to the myob solo app. It does the whole looging in thinking thing and then just rebounds back to the sign in page. The email and pw used are 100% correct. This is NOT a user issue. This has been an ongoing problem for months, however it usually let's me back in after a few attempts, however this time it has gone on for days and it is now negatively impacting my ability to actually run my business. I cannot access my money, take payments, send invoices - nothing. I have even tried fixing it by uninstalling and reinstalling the app - yet it persists. Hi, I am a solo trader. I am in the process of setting up my business bank account, but have been using my person bank account for income and expenses in the mean time. I have a couple questions, 1. Should I input my person bank account payments into the program, to allocate payments from? Or is there another way to do it? 2. How do I cancel by subscription for one of my MYOB AR accounts. I ahve two subscriptions but only one live active file. I have logged in to MYOB My Account and my.MYOB and clicked cancel subscription. It then gives me a phone number to ring that I have rung each day since Wednesday and been on hold for between 30 minutes and 1 hour before being notified that there were no agents available. I have requested a call back and no response. I have submitted online tickets and no response. Does no one work at MYOB anymore? Appreciate that everything is offshore but it is business hours and this is ridiculous service. I would appreciate a direct number to speak to a person on Australian soil so I can get this rectified without spending hours on the phone, which is a road to nowhere. Files access to employee on portal
Hi I have attached a unique pdf file on each employees profile screen. Employees can view this file / document on the contacts menu of the Acumatica app but for those that prefer to use the portal, the file button/option is not visible. how do i give access to view files on the portal.9Views0likes0CommentsPrinting Payslips
Hi, for the past few months it takes an incredibly long time for us to print the paylsips off one particular computer. my other computer works fine and they come out really fast. Today, only a few printed and the others didnt. I have cleared the cache also on both computers. i have since gone back in there and selected 3 payslips to print, it only printed one. I have sent myob support as request however havent had a response. I have noticied that one payslip says its 35.1MB while the other is 10.2kb (big difference, and yet they are all one page documents. Deeply disappointed with MYOB. Invoices emailing to the intray is unreliable and often dont turn up and I forget to pay them. The MYOB invoices not going to intray and the huge price increase. Time to bite the bullet and move to Xero which I have used before and is far superior to MYOB (except for payroll). How do I keep all my invoices for tax purposes for the next 5+ years?
