How 2 send pay slip to 2 email addresses ?
I am faced with situation where I need to send a payslip to two email addresses. One to employee and one person who handles transfers and double checks but never logs into myob. I looked around myob and there is no CC or better BCC anywhere so far. Also can't put two emails in same box comma separated. So for now I have to either print copy and drop it off or email manually. Too many extra steps and inefficient. There will not be automated payroll transfers upon completing substitution, even though would be easier. Its just not an option at this time.
Lack of passcode and purchase order window
Why do I have to sign in every time whereas with the old app a passcode was only needed? The passcode was a much easier way to login. Also what happened to the purchase order spot.?. At least with the old app it had the purchase order window so you could assign that job to a particular number.
Change Customer in an existing Quote
It is very frustrating that I have to delete a Quote and loose all the contents of that quote, then re-create the entire Quote and contents when all I want to do is change the Customer. I think this is a flaw in this software and needs looking at. In Sales Orders make Subtotal Bold on the actual PDF.
In MYOB Sales Order Screen you can add a subtotal after entering several items. This is great for our business, when we need to do a room by room quote for homeware jobs. The word Subtotal and the subtotal amount shows up in Bold in the Sales Order, making a very clear demarcation.' However, once it is saved as a PDF the Bold Font Disappears. Making the Quotes very confusing. The line almost looks like its another line cost. This has been a bug bear for in the 12+ years I have been using Account Right. My work around has been to put SUBTOTAL in all caps. But it still doesn't demarcate the value. Please make this change.Another Payroll Bug
Can MYOB fix a bug in Payroll - entitlements I wish the employees to see their annual leave but not their sick leave. I only ticked show leave on payslip and I DID NOT tick the sick to show on the payslip. But guess what - it shows both. When are you going g to fix your software. So I had to untick annual Leave. Can you please advise when this shall be corrected by your MYOB TeamClocking Software Recommendations
Hi Everyone, We're looking at updating our time & attendance processes for our waged employees (currently split into paper timesheeting + data entry for one half and imported clock times via a finger scanner for the other half). Do you have any recommendations for clocking software that you use that integrates seamlessly with Daily View? We'd need dates, times, geo-tracking, and the ability to add job codes to each timeband. Any feedback would be much appreciated :) Thanks, Laurien
