Bank feed for new credit card - Banking Hub error
Hi I'm trying to set up a new bank feed for a credit card. When I click Banking then Banking Hub I get the something went wrong error message. I've tried refreshing but it is still the same. I am faced with situation where I need to send a payslip to two email addresses. One to employee and one person who handles transfers and double checks but never logs into myob. I looked around myob and there is no CC or better BCC anywhere so far. Also can't put two emails in same box comma separated. So for now I have to either print copy and drop it off or email manually. Too many extra steps and inefficient. There will not be automated payroll transfers upon completing substitution, even though would be easier. Why do I have to sign in every time whereas with the old app a passcode was only needed? The passcode was a much easier way to login. Also what happened to the purchase order spot.?. We had 4 new employees start this week, and AGAIN the PDF hasn’t attached for one of them. Also, the ‘Income Type’ and ‘Country of Origin’ is still not prefilling on all completed onboarding. I can’t understand why this keeps happening, extremely frustrating our end as we have a high turnover of staff. Where is MYOB tech staff at with resolving this issue that has been going on since January? I have rung multiple times (each time almost 2 hours at a time), to be given the same response each time. We had none of these ongoing problems last year. It only started happening when we had an update at the start of this year. After some help please. I have a client who does his own payruns for business. He completed a pay run on 08/03/2026 it is showing up 14 Employees, when there are 7 and also the net pay shows amount of double the wages? when you click on the date of payment and view everything is correct except, one employee's first week Gross pay of $624.96 and Net amount of $569.96 and the year to date is showing as $1,069.50 it has also added YTD amounts with PAYG I did go into her profile and the start date was not added, I have added this now. should the payrun be re done? the payrun has not be sent to ATO yet.19Views0likes1CommentExcess number of employees in payrun
We have a payroll of 55 staff on our accounting business program. It has suddenly stopped recording pays to the ATO until I drop the employees to 35 or so. I then have to put in the remainder. How do I get around this? Second problem, when we add a new staff member, they previously inserted a base salary line. The employees are casual, and so the amount was shown as a few cents. Hi I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over a month and finally got through on Wednesday after being I b hold for hours.
