Pay runs not responding
Hi, I am using MYOB Business online and my Pay runs function will not load. I have tried clearing cache and cookies but still nothing, just a spinning circle. Thx

Card List Contact Log- Online access
It would be great to have access to the contact log via a web portal or application for account right, Currently i can see a way to access this side of the contacts without logging in on a PC? This would be beneficial for small teams on the road being able to treat it like a Mini CRM

Duplicate employee card causing super issue
Hi there, I have an employee who went from casual to full time. I created another employee card for the same employee to preserve the pay history and keep it separate. Now when I tried to pay super, it won't let me as the same membership number is used by the two cards. I tried removing the membership number in the old card but that didn't work. What's the solution to this issue?

I've noticed recently when there is a 31 day month that anything that was purchased on the 1st of that month falls into 30 days overdue instead of current. Has anyone else seen this?

OneDrive duplicating files
We have files saved in OneDrive that are being replicated. It seems to only replicate the files when the Myob add-in connector is running. There will be a heap of duplicate files created with the PC name appended to the end of the company files and it ends up with multiple copies of the same files with multiple copies of the computer name appended to the files. Has anyone comes across this issue? Seems to only affect the Account right files as we also user Premier but those files aren't replicating.

Annual Holidays & Holiday Pay
Hey all, I have recently taken over payroll from the previous office manager, who has now retired. I asked a few questions about the payroll setup, but was told this is just how it's supposed to be. Almost all of our employees are salary workers, and get 4 weeks annual leave a year. Every single person has both 8% Holiday Pay as well as the 4 weeks Annual Holidays set up. Is this right? Seems like it is trying to do both. I have tried researching, but can't seem to find a clear answer, and I don't know anyone else running MYOB payroll to ask them if it's correct. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Quick Bank Rec
My client has reconciled their bank up to October 2025, however there are June 2025 entries outstanding which will cancel each other out. These should have been included in the June reconciliation as they were general journals to correct outstanding incorrect entries for prior periods. I have previously done quick bank recs in ARL, just not sure if I can I go back and tick them off at 30 June and then continue on for each month up to date. I would prefer to not unreconcile if it's not necessary. Thanks for any assistance. Lyn

Separate Employees with same name
We have employees that have the exact same name, e.g. John Smith. They do not have any other middle names or differences. MYOB Account Right is not letting us put the same employee in twice. As we have a very culturally diverese workforce, and in some cultures the same name is quite common, we do nto always have the option of a middle name. Anyone aware of a work around?

Westpac Business Credit Cards no longer supported - bankfeed
I have just been told by a Westpac on the phone that MYOB is no longer supported for credit card bankfeeds. Anyone else know about this?

Tax code error on Recurring Transaction
AR Desktop - Using a Recurring Transaction. Default tax code in Customer Card is set to "INT" and "Use Customer's Tax Code" When an item is changed it reverts back to the tax code in the item and not the customer card. Change the item and the tax code changes. It should stay as INT not GST. I tested after recording on the very next line. The tax code stays INT as expected. This issue appears to happen only before the Recurring Transaction is initially recorded.

Staff unable to view timesheets in MYOB Team app
We have 40+ staff and a small selection of them cannot view their submitted timesheets via the MYOB Team app, even though I can view the submissions in the backend https://team.myob.com/ portal. Have attached a screenshot of the Timesheet area of my MYOB Team app displaying no submitted shifts, plus a screenshot of the backend portal showing I have submitted 4 shifts. I already submitted a post 2 years about this issue and it is still ongoing, causing much frustration affected staff. We have tried: uninstalling/reinstalling the app removing/re-inviting the staff deleting/re-creating the location None of the above suggestions from MYOB is resolving the issue. Any other suggestions?
