Secure Invoicing
I have a few concerns about the new Secure Invoicing upgrade we are being basically forced to do. We don't have online payments from our customers and probably never will. So now instead of emailing our invoices through MTOB we have to print to PDF and then send through Outlook for example. What if we have 50 invoices to send?? So how do we answer the upgrade questions when we don't have customer payments. Further to this I don't understand why MYOB would need our turnover etc. What has this got to do with Secure Invoicing. Hi, I'm doing weekly super payments now in prep for 1July and was fine last week but this week, I've tried to get the authorisation code but it seems to be delayed which is annoying enough and shouldn't take up to 20mins but it means I can't do anything else in MYOB as I can't close the screen until it comes through. Also, why can't the code be via email or a MFA app like Authy or Microsoft Authenticator as that would reduce the delay.1View0likes0CommentsMYOB payroll
Hello I've paid wages in the first week of May 26 and then went through the usual PAY SUPERANNUATION to pay the appropriate super. However no employee names come up for me to process the SG payment. Hi all, I'm looking for a solution to this: I created an account with a zero opening balance. Loaded in some transactions, realised I didn't need the account, and deleted all the transactions back out. The Chart of Accounts says the balance is $32,380 and this figure contributes to the balance of the header account above. The balance sheet, general ledger and banking reconciliation screen all say $0.00 balance and no transactions. I've attached a picture of the bank rec screen showing there is no transactions on an account never reconciled and I reconfirmed an opening balance of $0. What's more perplexing is the value of $32,380 cannot be reached from the transactions I ever put through the account. Hi, I have an expense that cost under the $20,000 threshold and I believe is therefore eligible for instant asset write-off. I can’t see an option to do this? If I select the expense type as Equipment in the asset section there isn’t any option to select instant asset write-off and you can see in your expenses graph no amount has been added. I could change its category to something else like materials and supplies and then it will be treated as such but technically I don’t know if that’s okay to do? please advise5Views0likes0CommentsCharged for a service I don't require

I am trying to pay our super via Pay Super in Myob Business though I continue to receive message: 'One or more super funds selected is inactive and can't accept payments' I have been through and triple checked every single employees super accounts and each of the funds on SuperABN to check the details are all still current and active and all are correct. There have been no changes what so ever to previous months other than a few new employees which I have been through and checked their details are correct including on the ATO portal and there doesnt seem to be an issue there either. Can someone please advise what is happening and where else I may need to check as we havent had this issue in previous months and has always gone through smoothly. Having checked the board there is no solution that I can see and I do not want to have to go back through and delete all the necessary super details to then reenter the same details. Can anyone tell me why after years and years of using MYOB software our bank feed has been disconnected and I have had to resubmit all information and now its "processing". Why was the feed cut off. No details have changed at all since commencement of using the software. Extremely unhappy that this disruption has occurred without warning. Also the new home screen for invoices is an abomination. Why do we need to click that we arent interested in invoice reminders every time we land on that screen even if thats 30 times a day. Its also garbage to view invoices only being able to see 5-6 invoices at a time with all this big open useless space and the invoice reminder taking up the majority of the page. Hi When processing the payrun on 01.04.26 the Kiwisaver deduction was made at 3%. IRD have picked up on this and require the amount amended to 3.5%. The payday was 01.04.26, but the pay week was w.e.29.03.26, so should I just explain that to the IRD, or make an adjustment?46Views0likes2CommentsCompany File Has Expired
I have had no access to my MYOB file since Thursday 7th May. It says that my company file has expired and I can only access it through a read only file. When I look on my MYOB account on line it says that my subscription is suspended, even though it is fully paid up to date. On Thursday I thought maybe the system is just down. Friday, Monday and Tuesday I called MYOB to try and get this rectified. Only today was I told that MYOB have been having issues since Friday. Where was the communication about this MYOB? Not very happy at the moment. I think MYOB should at least credit me for the days I have had no access. I asked if I would be contacted when the issue is resolved and was told no, I just have to keep trying to log in. All of this after I had to google what MYOB's contact phone number was.
