sales analysis by sales rep
hi, is there are way to run sales analysis data but filter by sales rep (staff member). ideally id love the sales item - analyse sales and filter by staff member but i cant do that. is there a way to get this type of data? basically i want to see profit margins on items sold by staff member.

SLOW SLOW SLOW
My accountright is so slow and has been for the last month. Spinning especially when we are marking off payments and banking section. Also entering and printing invoices. Seems to be when uploading. Very frustrating. Is there an update being worked on or an issue with uploading to cloud? I have followed the instructions for speeding it up but none of them make a dfference and if was fine a few months ago, nothing has changed on my side. Come on MYOB - whats going on

Bank Rec Timing Difference
Hi All, i hope somecone can help me with this. I paid Super in MYOB on 17/7 and money left my bank on 18/7. in the bank rec area the 1950.27 on 18/7 is showing as unreconciled but there is a journal on 17/7 in MYOB showing Dr Super payable CR bank $1950.27 How do i reconcile this and get rid of this "unallocated" line? Fixing/Deleting the bank code
Hi, I was trying to set up electronic payments for the first time and came to the part where you need to enter your bank code eg (ABC) and the number given by your bank. I wasn't sure what this was and put the wrong number in. Now it has me linked with an account that I'm not sure who it belongs to as the funds showing do not match my business account. How can I erase this error?

AccountRight V19.16 Plus
Help please! I can not open any of my data files that I still use the desktop app of AccountRight V19.16 Plus. It keeps coming up "initialisation error". I have spent 3 hours now searching for a solution. I have uninstalled the program and then reinstalled it by scrolling waaaay down the updates within my account (last full install was 2019). Today I can not open any of the data files that I use this version of MYOB for - it was fine last week. Has something changed? I would so greatly appreciate all of your help as these files are very important! Thank you!

Payroll & STP not updating at the ATO
I have 3 pay runs that are showing on the ATO STP Portal as either $0 balance x 2 payruns Overtime components excluded x 1 payrun They are however showing as correct amounts in the MYOB EOFY finalisation report and the payruns are showing correctly in the payrun report. I was advised by MYOB to reverse and reprocess however this again did nothing. Previous instructions shown in this forum indicate you need to do an updated payrun which updates the YTD balance but i want to see the individual payruns in the report. I want the correct pays to be showing in the ATO STP, do I need to reverse and process as a NEW payrun? however this will impact previous BAS Quarter reporting. I did request support via the support chanel but have not been replied to so hoping this forum will assist. I am aware there are other similar posts but they do not actually answer the question and can no longer be replied to. Hoping you can assist so I can fix in this December quarter

Total Item/Quantity count for invoice with nil value
Not sure if this have been mentioned, it would be great for the total quantity/count for all items listed to include those that don't have a cost. Old 19.11 version did - baffled as to why it didn't carry across.

Wrong pay item used
An employee was paid personal leave but it should have been unpaid leave. Their personal leave accrual is minus 116.25 hours, and their annual leave accrual is positive 65.19 hours. So next pay I can partly adjust to: Annual Leave: +65.19 hours & Sick Leave: -65.19 hours This leaves sick leave accrual at -51.06 hours that I need to change to unpaid leave, and I'm unsure how to do this, so that it adjusts the sick leave accrual back to zero. I know I could over the next pays take out 37.5 hours & the following pay week unpaid leave 13.56 hours so I would make the following pay 13.56 hours unpaid leave. My question then is how will this reflect to show a sick leave accrued back to zero, as I seem to be able to put negative to sick leave and but can't add a positive to unpaid leave, in the browser version of AccountRight.

Adjust Future Pay from Personal leave to Unpaid Leave
I understand how to reverse personal leave pay to annual. What I don't understand is that I can't reverse negative personal leave to positive unpaid leave. I have attached a mock up of the next two pay runs for this employee. What is displayed in this mock up correct?
