The Connection to the server was lost
Hi, Can someone contact me asap via private message. My access level for serial ending 7714 (ID 1) is showing as Online Administrator, however clearly it is not. I cannot do many of the things an online administrator should be able to do - namely restore online. Cannot see user access settings either. Need this fixed urgently so I can restore a file online. Access needs to be reset. Also the file cannot be accessed via browser - 'Something has gone wrong!' Regards MichaelInstalltion Error 4180
Hi All, Need help!! So far i had install on many laptop. But recently one of my laptop having installation error with this LOG Error 4180! Log's name(M) : Application Source(S) : MsiInstaller Level(L) : Error Text : is as below........ Product: ABSS Premier v30.0 SG -- Error 4180. There was an error during the Windows features configuration process. Your original configuration will be restored. Anyone can advice that is going on? Thanks in Advance
Help with reconciling simple bank account
Hi hope someone can point me in the right direction. I'm using Account Lite and cant get one of my bank statements to reconcile. They are fairly simple as I don't have many transactions on any of them. The previous quarter reconciled no problems but the next one is out by the difference of the last closing balance and this statement opening balance. All the debit and credit entries add up to the ones on the bank statement and when I add and subtract them from the closing balance of the previous statement they equal the closing balance of the current statement but as I said I'm out by the difference of the previous closing balance and this closing balance. Can anyone suggest a reason or what I should do? Hope you can help. CM
Calendar dropdown not responding
Hi, for the last week or two I cant enter / change calendar days by clicking with my mouse. This includes clicking the right & left arrows. Nothing responds - the calendar just collapses back and shows the date already entered. I can overtype but it's getting frustrating. Ive tried in both Safari and Chrome, and checked my operating system currency. Like I said - it worked fine but now doesn't work at all.Bus Lite Bas process
Hello, I have recently switched from Accountright to Bus Lite. When completing my BAS, in accountright there was a tab which would produce the transaction and how to enter it for what is owed to/from ATO. In this new program, does it have the same function and if so, where would I find it? Thanks in advance.
why does the bank rec statement date always revert to todays date in myob essentials?
I am trying to do the bank rec today 3rd April 2025. I want to reconcile to EOFY 31 March 2025. I enter the statement date and hit reconcile. The report is created the account is reconciled and they all say 03/04/2025. So does this mean you can only reconcile on the actual day? How ridiculous. This needs to be fixed. What is the point of having a statement date if you are not going to use it. Look forward to hearing from you. Regards Sarah
Help with STP
Good afternoon. We previously had a MYOB online subscription for many years, but we scaled back our business in 2018 and ceased paying ourselves. The company remained but with very little transactions other than holding some investments. At that time, we were not using STP. We made a decision to cease the monthly subscription and went to a desktop version of the software. We are now back contracting through the company and will begin paying ourselves. I am using the most up-to-date desktop version 2025.3.0. Is it possible to operate STP on a desktop version or do we need to go back to the online subscription?
