June was a big month for the MYOB Community Forum and really shows the the end of financial year in Australia is upon us!
We had 158 thousand people visit the forum in June, a HUGE 409% increase! As well as an increase to new posts, replies and ideas. The digital town square is thriving 🎉
Some Community member/moderator shout outs to begin
AmandaMYOB​ - She absolutely smashed through some of our moderation backlog and viewed more than 12,000 posts during the month of June! WOW
She also replied to community members 33 and authored 16 solutions
Princess_R​ - had the highest number of moderator replies, answering 74 questions, staying active with 116 visits and was able to have 6 responses updated as solutions.
Mike_James​ - an MYOB Partner and long term community member has continued to be key to our forums success. Visiting the forum 42 times last month, writing 29 responses to other members and authoring 2 solutions - Thank you Mike!
cramptons​ ​- an MYOB Customer was very active on the Forum last month, with 71 visits and 37 responses.
ChrisMc​ - an MYOB Staff member has also continued to help our community members which is wonderful to see. With 27 visits and 14 replies. As an Accountant, Chris is often in a unique position to be able to provide answers to questions that MYOB cannot. We really appreciate all of your support Chris!
