Hi all,

The philosophy behind our new Trending Topics section of our website and our comprehensive Support Notes database is that we want to proactively help you when you need it most.

We want to build up a huge knowledgebase of self-help tools so that you can make the most from your software and quickly get back to work whenever you encounter a stumbling block.

Examples this week included new videos on AccountRight Libraries, how to keep AccountRight up-to-date with automatic updates, how to move AccountRight to a new computer, how to use Support Notes and an introduction to my.MYOB. We also created new Support Notes about issues like the time-out errors some clients are experiencing when trying to lodge their Taxable Payments Annual Report (TPAR) electronically.

Of course, we also want to be able to provide individual help whenever you need assistance, including phone, LiveChat, email and this Community Forum. The past seven days have certainly been another busy week on the forum, with MYOB staff making over 270 posts to assist.

This week we welcomed another 300 new members to the community and over 750 posts were submitted.

Our top contributors this week were David_Cree, jenniek,  gavin12345, Murray_McKenzie and Geoff_. Many thanks for your fantastic assistance to so many community users. Special acknowledgement also to David_Cree, gavin12345, GDK and jenniek who each had at least three posts marked as Solutions.

Please note that we have experienced a few technical issues on the forum this week such as difficulties with adding tags to posts and previewing posts. We apologise for any inconvenience you might have experienced. Our forum platform partner is currently investigating and hoping to resolve the issues soon. If you have any problems with forum functionality, please let me know.

Love your work,

  • Hi all,

Thanks for your patience with some of the technical issues we've experienced in the past week. We've indentified it was the Share button that was causing JavaScript issues. It's now been removed and full functionality is restored.

Please let me know if you ever have any issues using the forum. I am happy to investigate.

    All the best,

    Jason Hill
