Hope you have had a great week.
The MYOB Community Forum recently celebrated a milestone of 30,000 registered users. Many thanks to all forum users for making this community such a success. I’m constantly impressed by how many people are willing to share their valuable time and expertise with others.
People use the forum at all times of the day and night, seven days a week. The pilot we are running for AccountRight Live has also found people are using our software even in the wee small hours. We certainly recognise business owners don’t just work “business hours”. That’s why we’re soon moving to offering dedicated support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Support will be available whether you leave a message here on the Community Forum, or want to engage us more directly via a phone call, email or a Live Chat session. We’ll have more details very soon.
This week we welcomed over 250 new members to the community, and over 800 posts were made, including over 200 from MYOB team members. Special thanks to this week’s top five contributors - MummaMia, Mike_James, mulgra, Tazinx and Murray_McKenzie. Mike_James and Tazinx had the most posts marked as Accepted Solutions this week, closely followed by JenPerram, Clive and MummaMia.
Our Category Expert leaderboards have been reinstated now, and recognise our most valued contributors to the forum. You need to author a significant amount of Accepted Solutions and earn a lot of Kudos points to be awarded the Expert label. Thanks again to those contributors that give share their expertise so freely and generously.
