Hi all,

Hope you’ve had a chance to check out our new AccountRight Blog which launched on the Community Forum this week.

The new blog will provide a chance for AccountRight users to get news direct from our product development team. We will share our latest plans for our flagship cloud accounting software, including the latest updates, upcoming features and fixes.

The blog will also give you a glimpse behind the scenes here at MYOB. We will share how we develop our software, how we prioritise one feature over another, and even demystify some of the language and processes of software development.

There will be new posts at least every fortnight, including blogs on “What’s Cooking?” for the next AccountRight update and detailed examinations of “What’s Under the Hood?” when new features are released.

You can find the new blog under the AccountRight and AccountEdge category. We encourage you to subscribe via the Blog Options drop down list on the blog’s landing page so you never miss a post. We also welcome any feedback about what you would like to read.

One of the first posts on the blog was to announce the release of our latest update to AccountRight. If you want more detail about what the AccountRight 2013 update includes and how to update your software, there’s a detailed post on the Upgrading to AccountRight 2013 board.

It was another busy week on the forum, with over 260 new members joining the community and over 600 posts, including 120 from MYOB staff. Our top contributors this week were jenniek,  JenPerram, Mike_James, Julie_A_C and Seattle. Special thanks to jenniek and JenPerram who had multiple posts marked as Accepted Solutions.

Thank you to all community members who generously spent time on the forum this week sharing their knowledge and expertise to assist others. Let us know if there is anything we can do to assist you.

Love your work,
