Hi everyone,
Can you believe 2025 is almost a wrap? As things start to wind down, I wanted to pop in with a quick update and a massive THANK YOU for making this community so awesome this year.
First, a heads-up on the holidays: From Dec 22nd to Jan 4th, most of our team will be logging off to recharge. We’ll be checking in sporadically, so responses might be slower than usual. But the forum isn’t going anywhere!
Looking back, 2025 was a huge year for us, and it’s all thanks to you. Whether you're a member, visitor, contributor, lurker or MYOB staff, everyone played a part in making the forum great. We had over 1 million visits to the forum this year and more than 2 million pages viewed! Here are a few other cool achievements this year:
Our 2025 Highlight Reel:
- New, new, new! More boards, more products, more content!
- We started a bank feed delays board.
- Launched a space for Solo by MYOB.
- We added boards for our mobile apps and PayGlobal.
- Launched early access programs in the forum.
- Refreshed the Accountants and Bookkeepers boards.
- AND consistently communicated important changes from MYOB.
- You showed up! We gained 5,000+ new members, all joining to engage in our forum in various ways > that’s incredible.
- AMA Buzz: We launched a monthly Q&A with MYOB product managers which were a blast. If you missed it, check it out here!
- Ideas were suggested: We received 575 new posts to our ideas exchange with more than 1,500 comments and over 1,500 votes.
- Questions were answered: 1,404 comments were marked as solutions and there were over 550 thousand views of these solutions!
None of this happens without each of you. So thank you again. I hope that everyone has a fantastic and restful holiday season. We’ll see you back here in the new year.
