This process also allows us to provide accurate, up-to-date billing details and account history all in one place. You will have the opportunity to download your bill in two formats – PDF and CSV – giving you flexibility around the way you receive the information.

Hi Amanda, I'm not really sure that you do in fact appreciate the feedback seeming as it has been completely disregarded. PDF and CSV options provide the most minor concession to flexibility that I have ever seen. What about being able to access the invoice from the web browser version of the product itself, or drop it into the In Tray for us? They would both be nice flexible options for us that would avoid the need to implement a completely new and manual process to retrieve the bill on behalf of our business owners. What about an opt-in situation, so that business owners who don't consider their tax invoice to be a state secret at least have the option for a more convenient delivery option? OMG MYOB SMH.
