Changing status of a BAS - Partner Dashboard

Hi

Has anyone seen this on the Partner Dashboard when trying to complete a BAS, it is stuck in "Job Locked" and "Ready for Client Review" and no green button to change the status.

I suspect there is a back end error at MYOB and their technical support need to fix it but so far no luck.

    Please try clearing cookies and cache from your web browser and check if it works.

     

    If it doesn't then please contact Support as it does look like something needs to be investigated.

    Thank you for your response.

     

    I have tried clearing cookies, using multiple browsers, different computers, different users within my practice, ensuring the time is correct on my pc and nothing works.

     

    I have contact tech support and am waiting a response. I was hoping someone in the community has had the same problem and knows how to fix quickly.
