Client accounting - cannot load workpapers

Question

For some reason, I am not able to open workpapers even in limited view for any of my clients.

When I click client accounting and then workpapers and the relevant year I wish to open, nothing happens.

Can someone help me in this issue?

You can try a Workstation install of the software.

I tried doing this and no difference on the issue I have.&nbsp;Is there anything else that can be done?
