Importing QIF files using AO Ledger.

I am trying to import bank transactions in a QIF format into AO using the AO Ledger. Keep on getting the tag at the top of screen indicating it is loading and the circling icom on the import button but after 50 minutes still no change. There are only 298 transactions so this should be done in a matter of minutes, tops.

Have used this option in the past about 10 times without any problems, so what has changed now. There is no other indicator to let me know if any items have loaded or there are any error issues.
