MYOB Portal using standard letters

I was advised that by the end of December 2020 the MYOB Portal would be able to use standard documents from AE Document Manager, then I was told early this year - it still isn't available??

 

Can any one tell me when this may happen?

    I believe that the function of using documents from document manager is finally available in MYOB Practice (MYOB Portal), not that anyone is sharing that news yet!! 

     

    I have read how to set it up but our firm settings don't have an options of 'document profiles' as per my attachment - anyone know more about this than I do?

    Sorry to see that no one has offered their assistance with your enquiry.

     

    I can see that you have reached out to our agents who have indicated that the feature is not currently available at this time, although it does look like a demo was done for you.
