Hi All,
I was working on a client's AccountRight ledger last night and noticed that the bank account wouldn't balance as there seemed to be a number of missing Bank Feed entries.
So I clicked the [Get Transactions] button.
That caused a problem! Not only did I get all the transactions to the 29th March, there were about 2 weeks worth of transactions from August 2022!
Now it looks like I am going to have to lodge amended BAS's for the September quarter.
The whole auto loading of bank feeds in the AccountRight product seems to be stuffed and unreliable. (At least I didn't get any doubled up transactions from December!.
Any thoughts about fixing this MYOB?

nope and not going to, too many issues with duplication.
I have been advised by chat the technical team are working on the issue with no ETA. Pretty poor that they can't update their users
