Bank Feeds - error message 'account cannot be duplicated'

I need to reestablish bank feeds and I'm receiving the above error message.  I do not wish to select/set up a different account, I need to use this one.

Please advise.

    Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the Community Forum! I can get the duplication removed so you can associate that account to your bankfeeds. To do this I need some information from you.

     

    Can you please Private Message me the following and I will get that fixed:

    • Serial Number
    • Account Name
    • First and Last Name

    Yes, I am still having the issue. It would be helpful if it could be resolved as it is yet another feature of Myob that we are unable to use.
