Bank set up
I am trying to set up my 2 bank accounts bu an error message is returned. I am a new customer. Myob are not replying to my help request. I feel like cancelling and going to ZERO. Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Thank you for flagging this to us. We understand that you received an error message when you were trying to set up your bank accounts on your bank feeds. Thank you for sending a screenshot. Upon checking here, this has already been raised to our department with reference number 01475031. Our support team has already sent you an email regarding your concern and once they are done checking on your account you will receive a confirmation email.
As for your concern, if you received this kind of error message the best recommendation for this is to Clear the cache. May I know if you have already applied for a bank feed?
