Could you please elaborate what's missing exactly? Based on the screenshots I cannot see any transactions missing, the last screenshots have more lines as it's showing all accounts posted debited and credited in a single transaction, whereas the bank transactions page only show the total withdrawal/deposit of the entire transaction.
The bank transactions page should be compared to your bank statement of the same period to determine if there's any transactions listed on your bank statement but not brought in your software via Bank Feeds.

Hi Clover there are 50+ transactions that are on my statements that are not showing in the extracts I have sent you - you can see from the dates that there is only 1 or 2 over a period of nearly a month. As i mentioned in my message I have compared the transactions showing to the bank account and also unhid, checked all, created a GST report to see what transactions are included etc etc and the transactions are missing. Note I have been using MYOB for my business for 15+ years and upgraded to automated feeds well over a year ago so I am familiar with how it should and usually does work.
The transactions are missing - please advise as I am unable to get them to download despite a few attempts. they have been downloading successfully again since 28/5/22

Hi Clover, these transactions continue to be missing. I have almost no trasnactions showing for the period 6/5.22 through to 24/5/22 inclusive - I am missing 44 transactions based on a count of my statement vs my MYOB. Please advise how to fix this - I do not wish to manually enter these transactions and that could cause issues anyway

Very sorry for the delayed response. If the bank feeds transactions are still missing, could you please send me a private message with the following details:
- Serial number
- Last 4 digits of the affected bank account/credit card number
- The full date range affected
- A screenshot of the bank transaction list in AccountRight, and the bank statement of the same period (full period affected isn't required, a sample section will do)
You can do so by mouse over my avatar and choose 'Send a message'.
