Sorry to hear that you have received that particular message when attempting to get the bank feeds.
Taking a look at your account I have been unable to find anything out of the ordinary that would prevent you from getting those bank feeds and it is not something that other clients have reported receiving at the time of your post. I would recommend attempting to retrieve those bank feeds again and let us know how you get on with that.Also, when attempting to retrieve those feeds, if you are prompted to enter your AccountRight Live login details/email address and password do ensure that the email address is entered in lower case i.e. abc@email.com NOT ABC@EMAIL.COM
