Spend Money feature not working

I  upgraded as propmted to the latst version of account right. Since upgrading, the recive money and spend money tabs are not active. I am unable to update and reconcile my bank accounts. PLEASE HELP

    Hi Melissa. Issue all sorted now. It wasa formatting issue in my computer, not MYOB related afterall! Thanks for following up. Hillary

    Thanks for your post. Do you get any error messages when attempting to access the tabs ? If not, are you able to provide a screenshot of your window so I can take a look into this.

    Hi Melissa. No error messages come up. I am in the Banking screen. Nothing happens when I click on:

    • Spend Money
    • Receive Money

    when clicking on any of the other 'buttons' eg Bank Feeds, Bank Register etc, they all open the approriate window.

     

    I would like to reconcile all my accounts, but am currently unable to add transactions, as I cannot enter payments received or money spent.

     

    I can send a screen shot, but do not see how this will help. Literally nothing happens when I click on the receive/spend money tabs.

     

    I look forward to your help with sorting out this matter for me asap.

    Hi Anabell

     

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Are the windows greyed out or can you not see them at all ? Are you able to clear your AccountRight cache and check to see if this refreshes the window. 

     

    If this does not help, can you attach a screenshot of your window.
