Transaction showing on bank statement but not in bank feeds

hi

To add a transaction into myob you can go into the bank tab and either spend money or receive money depending on the transaction.

The real question is why is it not in your bank feeds - is it a pending transaction perhaps

Anyway when you reconcile you myob file with the bank statement it will balance.

I cant find a spend money or receive at the moment?

No not a pending transaction, has cleared in the bank account, and all other transactions surrounding that particular day have all come through.

two ways to access 

You need to get out of bank feeds.

then

Go into the bank command centre 

Spend money is on the left hand side receive money is on the right hand side

OR

go to the top ribbon and find command centre - forth across 

Click on it and a drop down will appear 

select banking and move mouse across to spend money or receive money
