Can I initiate legal proceeding- MYOB essential

It has been over 13 months, 1000 of my hours invested to identify  the issue. Months support has not done anything. Recently started responding and now they have messed up allocated transactions from 1/4/2020 till date. 
it is not a complicated problem. Just accurate bank feed should be feed through. Please help.

    My apologies for the late response. If you've already used the reference number, encountering this issue is common. Try editing the reference number in the transaction you're allocating to a higher one. After saving and matching that transaction, you should regain the ability to allocate the remaining transactions as usual. You can verify reference numbers in Banking >> Transaction History.
     

    Additionally, ensure you're not in review mode; it's indicated in the top left of the screen. If you find yourself in review mode, simply click "Exit Review" and proceed to allocate your transactions.

      Not sure what are you referring. There are 3 years of transactions over 600-1000 of them unallocated by MYOB team, you want me to correct one by one?
