Thank you for your post. May I extend a warm welcome to the MYOB Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear about your experience.
I would suggest that you try to Clear Your AccountRight Cache by following the steps linked. Have you also upgraded to the latest version of AccountRight as well? The latest version is now 2023. 4, you can check what version you are using by clicking on Help >> About MYOB AccountRight.
If you have done the above suggestions, you may also send a diagnostic log so we can have it checked further.
