Data won't save and is lost,Grey screen. repeat, the same outcome. What are you going to do about it?

Am over clicking on save after entering data for it to freeze, doesnt save -continually reentering data for it to continur to be lost, why isn't this being sorted? been happening for months.

I'll send my Tax Invoice to you for loss of work time -hours-and frustration. Dont get these problems using Xero. .

    I would suggest that you try to Clear Your AccountRight Cache by following the steps linked. Have you also upgraded to the latest version of AccountRight as well? The latest version is now 2023. 4, you can check what version you are using by clicking on Help >> About MYOB AccountRight

     

    If you have done the above suggestions, you may also send a diagnostic log so we can have it checked further.
