In this matter, you would need to check with the Administrator of the company file if they have given you access already. Could you also confirm the email address you are using to log in through private message?

Thank you for that however both adminstrators have given me access and reset everything and still no joy!

Thanks for the update. Apologies for the delayed response.
Based on the email address that you have provided it does appear that you have accessed to the file as a file user. As that access does appear to be showing as Active, I am unable to see any reason why you wouldn't be able to see the online file.
If you still not able to see the online file, I would recommend ensuring that you are using the latest version of the program (AccountRight 2023.4). The version of the software is listed at the top of the Welcome Window before selecting Open a Company File.
